Casper Rental Central, LLC is looking for a capable worker with a background in Real Estate and or property management. If you are an innovative & resourceful problem solver with great people skills, then you might just be who we’re looking for, even if you have no previous experiance.
Other characteristics of a potential new employee would be competency in multitasking and having an eye for detail while not losing perspective of the big picture. Ensuring high occupancies of rental units and collection of rent is among the higher priorities of your job tasks. Delegating maintenance and cleaning work is also very important.
Some more specific attributes that are important are proficiency in working with modern electronics such as computers, tablets, and smartphones. Some of the most important tools of your trade live in the virtual world. Accounting, word processing, and web-based design programs are extremely important in the property rental business, and applicants should feel comfortable utilizing these in their everyday duties.
Applicants should be skillful in the following areas as well:

We are looking for an independent contractor with multiple skills. Our company has many properties and there’s plenty of work to be done. The ideal worker we’re looking for should be adept in the following areas:
- Electrical – Switches and Outlets – Light Fixtures – Problem Solving
- Plumbing – Faucet Leaks – Drain Pipe Leaks
- Carpentry – Repairs of small areas – Fixing minor tenant-caused damages – Remove and Replace Vanities
- Painting – Complete Interior Repaints – Touch Up Painting after Tenant Vacates or For Modernizing a Living Unit
- Walls – Small Repairs – Remodeling
- Masonry – Light Masonry Skills
- Tile – Remove and Replace as Needed
- Flooring – Remove Old Flooring – Prepare Subfloor for New Flooring – Install and Repair Vinyl Plank Flooring
- Roofing – Clear Roofs of Debris – Inspect Roofs For Needed Repairs
- Appliances – Check For Problems – Remove and Replace as Needed
- HVAC – Small Discovery Of Issues – Clean Filters – Check and Replace Thermostats
- Equipment handling -Your Own Tools and Vehicles
- Grounds keeping – Mowing of Grass – Edging of Grass – Repairing Lawn Watering Systems – Spring and Fall Grounds Cleanup
- Cleaning – Cleaning as Needed Inside and Outside of Rental Properties

You will be required to have a valid driver’s license, your own form of transportation for both commuting and hauling, and your own tools. You should be able to easily lift 50 lb., willing to work in tight spaces and with heights, and able to pass random drug tests. You will be working as an independent contractor, so you will need to be able to keep track of your own taxes.
