More About Our Company

Casper Rental Central LLC was started in July of 1993.  The owners, Donald and Marlene Sutherland, believed that Casper, Wyoming was a place where much would happen in the next decade.

The Casper Rental Central office is located at 638 East 2nd Street, Casper, Wyoming 82601. Our office phone number is (307) 266-5317. Our office is open 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Monday thru Friday.  

 

The Sutherlands were property owners and investors in other states.  When they came to Casper, Wyoming they saw that there was a significant opportunity available to investors that wanted to bet on Casper’s future.  Much of the investment opportunities were in Casper’s Rental Properties.  They believed that Casper’s Rental Properties would follow the same course as the investments they had made in other states.

The Sutherlands’ investment strategy was to buy the distressed Casper rental properties that were prevalent in 1993 and 1994.  Purchasing them at the best possible prices, then returning any income generated by the properties back into the properties, rehabilitating them and bringing them up to current standards and codes.

Over the last 25 years, the Sutherlands invested more than $3,000,000.00 in the rental properties they purchased.  Many of the properties that would have been torn down as unsafe and uninhabitable were turned into beautiful, productive properties that the people in Casper, Wyoming would be proud to live in.

The standards set by the Sutherlands for comfortable, safe, and beautiful rentals have benefited the community of Casper, Wyoming.  The dollars invested in the properties helped to employ many people from the Casper area, and the materials and services purchased provided incomes to many of the local businesses in the area.

The Sutherlands’ goal is to provide some of the best rental living units in the area.
