Step 1

Know the Landlord Policies:

    • Applicants must first view the rental unit in person, in order to begin the application process.
    • Applicants under the age of 21 are required to have a cosigner to apply.
    • Applicant’s household income must be equal to or greater than, 1.5 times the monthly rent amount.
    • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the rental units.
  • We don’t rent to felons.
  • Your prior Landlord references are very important!

Step 2

View the Rental Unit:

  • Come to our office Monday – Friday, between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, and check out a key to view the rental unit.
  • Bring a valid photo I.D.
  • Bring $20.00 cash as a refundable key deposit (refunded when key is returned).
  • Request an application form after viewing the rental unit.

Step 3

Submit an application form with required credentials:

  • Bring your completed application form(s).
  • Bring your valid photo ID(s).
  • Bring your social security card(s).
  • Bring your proof(s) of income.
  • Pay the $35.00 non-refundable application fee per applicant.
