Know Your Investor's Financial Situation First!

- For my presentation, I will assume the potential investor is in the 30% tax bracket.
- The investor will already have investments that may include stocks, bonds, minerals, web sites, cash in CD’s, etc.
- The bulk of my investors assets are in cash (income) producing investments.
- My investors tax bill for 2014 was greater than $60,000.00.
- My investors assets are greater than $1,000,000.00.
- My investor owns a home valued greater than $350,000.00, with a mortgage equal to about 50% of the homes value.
- My investor owns all of the common toys of a will to do, upwardly mobile individual, many of which are financed in one way or another.
- My investor has spendable income in excess of their financial obligations by as much as $35,000.00 per year.
- My investor is above average intellectually, and is around the age of 40, has a good understanding of what their financial goals are and where they want to be by their age of retirement.
